Product Condition and Packaging
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Returns without original packaging will not be accepted.
• Products with visible scratches or stains that prevent resale as new cannot be returned or refunded.
Non-Defective Returns (e.g., Change of Mind)
• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• We do not provide a return shipping label.
• Refunds cover product price only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for original shipping, return shipping, and related costs.

Refund Process
• Once the returned product and packaging are inspected and confirmed intact, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
• Deductions from the total order amount include:

◆ 10% – 15% restocking fee based on the product price
